"During 1st quarter 2005 it became necessary for myself and family to relocate from western Illinois to the greater Chicago area. We had the opportunity to view many homes in multiple communities in various stages of construction and found the majority had similar issues, poor workmanship, low quality of materials and designs so rigid that proposed changes were not well received and would have been very cost prohibitive.

Our experiences with CR Coon Custom Homes were extremely positive, from the first meeting to final closure there was always the prevailing attitude that this was going to be our home, and needed to meet our needs. The design had a great deal of flexibility, changes were made with minimum of impact, the materials were of high quality and the workmanship has received many compliments and we feel that the cost were very competitive. But, I believe what truly sets CR Coon Custom Homes apart from previous experiences was the personal ownership that Rich takes for his work, we always felt that our home was his top priority and the steadfast commitment to quality and the manner in which he stands behind his product. He has demonstrated post construction, that he will stand behind his work and quickly responds to potential issues.

Overall, it has been very enjoyable dealing with Rich and Paula and would whole heartily encourage potential buyers to take the time to review their work and get a feel for the genuine honesty and integrity that they conduct their business."
