"We were driving around Sycamore looking for a home that was all on one floor, yet would catch our eye as being attractive and spacious looking.  There was a variety of ranch style homes, but this home really seemed to jump out and get our attention. The appearance from the outside was just the beginning.  From the bricked front with the arched theme, Rich takes great care in choosing the added touches that put his homes heads above the rest we’ve gone through. The tray ceilings, hardware floor with the Bavarian outlay in the dining room, the gorgeous bricked fireplace, and the entry way columns, each add a touch which shows the thought and care that go into the final product.  Needless to say we liked what we saw and the area in which it was located.

Rich is meticulous and takes pride in his workmanship.  He bends over backward to accommodate his customers.  Rich also makes himself available and promptly returns phone calls if you have any questions.  We’ve lived in the home for almost three years and have not experienced any problems. We’re very happy to live here in Sycamore with good neighbors and a comfortable, attractive home that we hope to live in for a very long time!"
